- Can I return or exchange alcohol bottles?
- No. Due to alcohol regulations, all bottle purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
- If you notice an issue with your bottle purchase, please let our team know before leaving the store.
- What items can be returned or exchanged?
- We can accept returns or exchanges for non-alcohol items, including:
- Apparel (shirts, hats, hoodies, etc.)
- Glassware
- Gifts & merchandise
- What is your return window?
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- What do I need to return an item?
- To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- With tags/packaging (if applicable)
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
- How will I receive my refund?
- Approved returns will be issued as:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Are any items final sale?
- Yes. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Alcohol bottles
- Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
- What if my merchandise item is damaged or defective?
