    • Can I return or exchange alcohol bottles?
      • No. Due to alcohol regulations, all bottle purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
      • If you notice an issue with your bottle purchase, please let our team know before leaving the store.
    • What items can be returned or exchanged?
      • We can accept returns or exchanges for non-alcohol items, including:
        • Apparel (shirts, hats, hoodies, etc.)
        • Glassware
        • Gifts & merchandise
    • What is your return window?
      • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
    • What do I need to return an item?
      • To be eligible, items must be:
        • Unused
        • In original condition
        • With tags/packaging (if applicable)
        • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
    • How will I receive my refund?
      • Approved returns will be issued as:
        • Refund to the original payment method
    • Are any items final sale?
      • Yes. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

        • Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
